Beth Israel Medical Center is a 1,368-bed, full service tertiary teaching hospital that was founded on Manhattan's Lower East Side before the turn of the 20th century. Beth Israel Medical Center is comprised of three facilities:
Petrie Division: First Avenue at 16th Street in Manhattan
Phillips Ambulatory Care Center: Union Square East in Manhattan
Kings Highway Division: in Brooklyn
We are now seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) for the in the Division of Digestive Diseases. The successful candidate will be highly organized, enthusiastic and able to carry out large volume industry-sponsored clinical trial research.
Responsibilities
Recruiting, consenting, scheduling and following up with research subjects
Data entry to paper and electronic case report forms
Maintaining regulatory files
Ensuring protocol compliance and perform drug accountability
Perform vitals, EKG and process study blood samples Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in education, training and experience
2 years of related experience in industry-sponsored therapeutic trials
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Institutional Human Subject Research guidelines (GCP ICH, FDA and IRB)
Successful completion of Good Clinical Practice course
IATA dangerous good certification
